How ordering works, from the first message to delivery. If your question isn't here, WhatsApp the studio and we'll answer it.
How quickly can you turn an order around?
Proofs are fast, usually within hours on working days. Most orders are cut and delivered within the same week in Delhi NCR. For large runs, we agree the date with you before we start.
Is there a minimum order?
We cut small batches for a single night as well as runs of hundreds of stirrers, tags or coasters. Where a minimum applies to an item, we say so in your quote, and per-piece rates improve with quantity.
Can you put our bar's logo on stirrers and coasters?
Yes. Send the logo as AI, CDR, SVG or PDF, or a clear image we can redraw. We cut or engrave it on stirrers, drink tags, coasters and badges, and keep it on file so the next restock is one message.
Can you put a different name on every stirrer or tag?
Yes. Send the name list as a spreadsheet or a message and we set each piece individually, from a handful of drink tags to hundreds of stirrers. The proof shows the layout before we cut.
Will I see the piece before it's cut?
Always. We send a digital proof showing the logo or names, typeface, size and finish. Nothing goes on the laser until you approve it.
Do bars get trade pricing?
Yes. Bars, bartenders, caterers and mobile bars that order regularly get trade terms, a proof on every order, and designs kept on file for restocks. Ask on WhatsApp, or choose your business type in the enquiry form.
Can I see the finishes first?
Yes. Ask for the sample kit: mirror gold, rose gold, silver, clear, wood and MDF samples you can hold up against your bar top and glassware.
Do you deliver outside Delhi?
Yes, we courier across India. Timelines and delivery charges are confirmed with your quote.
Can I visit the workshop?
Yes. The workshop is behind Shiva Market in Pitampura, near Pitampura Metro, open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00. Message us before you come so the right person is free to walk you through finishes.
